What is PRP for Hair Loss?

When treating hair loss- PRP treatments use your own blood plasma to stimulate hair follicles, promoting thicker hair to grow and hair loss to decrease.

How many treatments will I need?

Most patients undergo a series of 3-4 treatments spaced a month apart and followed by 1-2 maintenance treatments a year.

"After I received chemotherapy 3 years ago my hair did not grow back as expected. It grew in very thin and there were even some bald spots. After trying various “vitamins ” and “special shampoos and conditioners” I was about to give up. I heard about the PRP treatment Dr. Stewart started offering and decided to try it. I’m so glad I did! My hair has filled in and the bald spots are gone. After 2 treatments I saw new growth and after 4 my hair looks so much better! Thank you Dr. Stewart!!"

"After years of chemical processing and heat styling, I noticed my hair started to thin, become brittle and I noticed bald spots. I thought that I had permanently damaged my hair and it would never grow back. I tried over-the-counter treatments for hair growth but they didn’t work for me. After my first PRP treatment I noticed my hair wasn’t falling out as much. After the second treatment I noticed significant growth. I am so pleased with my results and knowing that I can continue to improve my hair’s health. Thank you Dr. Stewart!!"
